Got a file to view? Let the Juicer help.

Binary, fixed length, delimited, or database tables got you down? Turn the Juicer on and watch your problems disappear!

Got a file on your local machine or on a remote machine? Do you wish could use a nice Windows GUI to view it broken down into fields instead of using VI having to count character positions? No problem, Just Juice It!

Don't let networks slow you down, They won't slow Juicer down with its built in FTP and BDE database connectivity!

Don't want to write C/C++ header files from the format you've already defined? Don't! Let Juicer write it for you.

Don't want to use grep or perhaps it's not powerful enough? Do you still need to query a large flat file? Then let Juicer look for you with a SQL 'where' clause!

If you deal with data files then you need File Juicer.

This free product allows one to load, edit, and query files that contain data records. It's VERY useful in an I.S./I.T. environment where one deals daily with such things.

It's simple:

1) Define your format or load a previously saved one

2) Load your file

3) Look at it/Query it/Edit it

Disclaimer:

This product is free: I work on it in my spare time. It's not perfect but it saves me and my coworkers a lot of time. As of yet I've not come to bring myself to write a help file for it. But, it's pretty intuitive (well, at least to me it is). The answer I have to give the most is, '<ctrl>-click to select a whole column'. If someone out there wants to write a help file, be my guest, and I'll help you as much as I can (I'd be your friend too).

Help:

Sorry, I've yet to write a help file for it. But most features are pretty intuitive (I think). However, if you do have a question then, PLEASE, by all means, email me davyware2 -AT- davyandbeth -DAHT- com
